Ryan joined the Frazie Wealth Management team in the summer of 2024. His passion for teaching, building relationships, and helping others led him to the financial industry. Prior to working as an advisor, Ryan worked in the education system, teaching high school mathematics for seven years and serving as a building level principal for ten. Spending seventeen years in the education field has provided invaluable experiences, perspectives and knowledge that has helped him better understand the importance of clear communication, building trust, and finding individualized solutions for each client.
Ryan structures his personal and professional life around two fundamental concepts: Discipline and Trust. A quote from his favorite book, Man’s Search for Meaning, embodies these two principles,“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” Keeping to his core values and following the established Frazie Wealth Management roadmap, Ryan diligently works alongside clients to help them find the most appropriate path to reaching their desired financial destination.
Ryan resides in Wheelersburg, Ohio, with his wife, Jessica, and their 3 kids: Landon, Ella, and Grant. The McGraw family loves being active and competing in football, basketball, and soccer. When he’s not watching his kids from the sideline, Ryan enjoys golfing and playing pickleball with Jessica.
